Keeping drivers
We decided to re-exam what we are looking for when considering applicants and during interviews. HR meet with us to see what we are looking for so that they could choose the appropriate question when they re-vamped our interview package. We also have found that telling the good, the bad, and the ugly up front during the interview helps to avoid any misunderstandings.

Re: Keeping drivers
Have you seen any impacts from this yet or is it too new to tell?

Re: Keeping drivers
This is still relatively new, but thus far we have retained those that we have hired since starting. We have even noticed an increase in the quality and positive attitudes of the new drivers. We had one situation that after giving the "good, the bad, and the ugly" in the interview, the candidate determined that this was not for him and we ended the interview. This saved all involved from wasting any of his or our time, or having him come on board just to end up leaving later because he probably would have been hired.
