Is there a way to post files? i.e. a document pertinent to a forum?

I just did a test PDF attachment, it works. However, the entire forum has only 20 mb storage space, I will highly recommend using links, or links to the external storage place, like google site. If later on, attachments become a big need, we can think to purchase more space if there is a sponsor for our forum.
