At the 2016 NCPTA Conference in Concord, NC, Bernard Tisdale, Attorney, had a Breakout Session on "Keep Calm and Call HR". He opened up the floor to questions and the majority of the conversation was focused on FMLA. He appears to be very knowledgeable and offered a whitepaper on "Avoiding Abuse and Misuse of the FMLA". I requested it from him and it is very informative. If you would like his contact information or the whitepaper, let me know.
